  Very understaffed for a Friday night. Constant problems with the lanes not giving the balls back. The only thing worth eating is the burgers. Nachos and wings were horrendous! Very over priced food! Not near what the Mark was and no longer is there the restaurant.

  Music was way too loud—it should be background noise level, but it was concert level. If you're like me and eschew annyoing pop "music" which seems to be so prevalent everywhere (ugh!), it takes away from a positive experience. Bring earplugs. Sink basins in the restroom afford very little space to wash hands in a hygienic manner—hard to perform without touching the basin. They would do well to replace their avant-garde Sharper Image-esque sinks with basic wall-hung porcelain units from Lowe's or Home Depot with more space to perform a proper hand hygiene. Never did get to try the food as I placed an order on their clunky website. After a long wait, I inquired the status of my order only to be told that the kitchen closed at nine. No signs stating this fact were visible, nor was there any announcement of such—I left hungry and at a time when most restaurants were closed. I will have to watch my credit card statement to ensure that the charge for my nonexistent meal is reflected back as returned. I met up with my colleagues—at their insistence. While the bowling was fun, there were key issues that would need to be addressed for me to consider returning.

  We've been here several times over the years when it was "The Mark". The games are fun and plentiful. Although it was not busy, our food took a really long time. The customer service was lacking and we even had to ask for plates for our pizza. The Mark had great pizza. The pizza now is not great. Giving it 3 stars because we still had fun, but overall experience was just okay. Probably won't come again unless this is where basketball/volleyball is held.
