Too expensive. I live right down the road and haven't been in 10 years+ because of how unnecessarily expense they are. I check the website occassionally hoping for change.

Great family fun! We had the lane for 2 hours, which was plenty. We received fantastic service, even with what appeared to be 3 employees running the whole facility. Our grandson had a great time afterwards in the game room, as did we. Highly recommend.

I had my grandson's 14th birthday party at the Winston-Salem location & it was on father's day & it was very busy. They were short staffed thinking it wouldn't be that busy. They were very apologetic about it not flowing as well as it normally does, but we had an AMAZING time and thought everything was great! I kept telling them everything was great, and they did a wonderful job & that we all had a great time!!! So this was a HIT for my grandson's first time having his party at the bowling alley. THANKS FOR EVERYONE BEING SO KIND & WELCOMING! GREAT STAFF!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

I got my kids the 2 games summer pass to bowl 2 free games daily here. The establishment could use an update as the pool tables fabric is ripped and dusty, the carpet looks dated and worn. The bowling balls look old, have grooves, and need replacing. The staff always seem like there running around like chickens with their heads cut off and get easily distracted and confused. The management team is on point though, and the staff while they get distracted has been attentive and professional. The food is absolutely horrible, and the food along with the drinks are very overpriced. The food is often burnt, and tastes like microwave food. (3) Drinks will cost you about $17, but they have unlimited refills. The unsettling thing is they always have a heavy police presence there, which should make one feel safer, but that also means there's a need for a heavy police presence to be there. I refuse to bowl in the evening because the police presence is higher. One Saturday they had (6) different police vehicles there and a lot of rowdy teenagers. I go bowl during the day where there is less people, and a quieter safer feeling environment.

I took two young ladies to this bowling center a couple of Saturdays ago to go blowing both of these ladies were in wheelchairs when we went to check out the young lady behind the counter, charged them for shoe rental. Neither one of these ladies rented shoes. I called and asked if this was normal To charge for something that someone did not get the young lady told me no and she said she would reimburse the shoe rental charges and she never did. I am so disappointed as there are not a lot of things for our disabled folks to do and to be charged for something they did not receive was just wrong .
