  I can’t recommend this shop enough! After calling several places that turned us away because of the type of bike my son has, I found this shop and spoke with Joel who was at least willing to take a look. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, positive, and willing to help. He told us to bring it by and assured us they would do everything they could. When we arrived, they brought us in, assessed our bike immediately and were able to install what we needed in about an hour, and the price was more than fair. It’s refreshing to find a business that’s welcoming, honest, and willing to give you a chance when others won’t. Joel’s excellent customer service made all the difference, and the entire experience was quick, easy, and stress-free. We’ll absolutely be back if we ever need anything in the future and highly recommend this shop! Thank you, Joel and the team!
