  Kinda crazy that you spend so much money here yet they don’t give you a bag unless you ask, even if you ask they act like it’s such an inconvenience and they try so hard to push their membership on you. Location is conviene though.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, I want to acknowledge that Drew provided good customer service. He assisted me in finding the shoe I wanted and offered to have it delivered since it wasn’t available in-store. I initially had questions because my app showed the shoe as out of stock for delivery, while his system showed it as available to ship. Drew printed a label for me to bring to the front desk, and everything seemed fine. However, the experience changed once I reached the desk. After the employee realized I was not a member, he told me the shoe was no longer available to ship, and his demeanor noticeably changed. This was confusing, especially since Drew’s system clearly showed the item as in stock. I even took a photo of his work screen to confirm what I was told. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
