I asked if my lane could be switched because it was a lot of men on the one side and hardly no one on the other side. I was told to go to a lane where someone currently was and asked if I could use the empty lane. The manager sent the worker to tell me I can take the original lane he gave me or get a refund after waiting for about an hr. I took the refund then tell me I have to wait 2-3 days to get my money. Bad Business.

I arrived at 6:50 inquiring about bowling lane at the front desk, front desk girl was very breif with me stating, "we have bowling league and parties we don't". -No big deal.... what's the wait time? I respond. "I don't know" she stated. - is there a wait list? I asked (Now this was met with sheer lack of wherewithal, desire for resolution and no sense of direction, forcing my hand asking followup questions) Luckily a fellow arm length away talking to worker counterpart ( dude that doesn't work there) interjected that they were on 7 lanes and leaving within 30 min. I responded with a "thanks" and told the confused worker I'll wait in the car. Took my bowling bag and waited for 30 min. 730 rolls around, I see people leaving, so I casually walk back in to be met with the same lady inquiring about a lane. I lie to you not.... she tells me the lane are currently booked. - ok, what's the wait time? I ask. there's a 45 min wait! She state. She followed up and added we have a WAITING LIST YOU CAN PUT YOUR NAME DOWN ON. At this point, I looked at her with disappointment and confusion at the fact inquired about a waiting list 30 min ago. Asked in curiosity "ma'am I was here 30 minutes ago and inquired about a wait list, why you didn't say anything?" She had no interest responding. I got my bag and left.... here i am in the parking lot writing this. It's not the establishment... it's just her
