- BEBryan EglerJun 30, 20261.0This was our first visit here and most likely our last. Looking back the broken door handle should've been a sign. We went Saturday afternoon, with 6 of us. When I asked about pricing, because they don't have it posted, the associate at the counter mentioned the unlimited bowling special. She wouldn't tell me about any other price structures saying it was the best deal, even though unlimited bowling had just under two hours left. Two in our party were in from out of town and over 80 years old so I wasn't there to argue or go to another place. The facility has three bowling sections and they crammed almost everyone into one section. I asked for two lanes but they said they don't do that, even though 60% of their lanes were open. if we had come in two groups of three we would've had two lanes. $120 for less than two hours of bowling. The seating area is way to small for a group of six, the seats really only comfortably fit three. The lanes are of sub par quality. The area you stand in when you bowl, you can see floor defects, boards starting to come up at the seams. At the far end of the lane there must've been irregularities because a slower moving ball would randomly and sharply angle off from the path it was on. The group next to use was complaining about the quality of the lane as well. I had to go ask for a server as one never came over to us after about 20 minutes. We order two pizzas, six sodas, a pretzel, and an order of fries. With tip this was almost $100. We had two kids with us, and even they commented that that pizza was bad. No bowls in the entire facility were in the racks. They were just spread out between all of the lanes, so we had to go searching at the unused lanes in the other sections to go find some of the balls we wanted. I don't know if this is laziness in company policy of the staff. I've never been to a bowling alley where they don't upkeep the balls. This was even true on the 60% of lanes that weren't being used. The automatic bumpers weren't working on our lane so they had to be up the whole time for all of us, they wouldn't move us. At first glance when you go in this seems like a nice establishment but after experiencing it you realize what a was the of money it is when there are other, better run better quality, bowling alleys out there. $220 wasted here.
