The waitress told me, she’s never heard of balls being put back after the lanes are empty… Maybe this is why the machines break down etc… Today I’ve called this location 4 times and received 0 answers.

Then on top of that they've got everyone cornered smashed back to back on the lanes when half the place is empty? Got to the lane given the people next to us were eating so the balls were greasy, asked an employee for something to clean it and they brought me a dry rag that spread the grease around the ball. The ball rack was empty because the employees can't be bothered to grab the ones from empty lanes and put them back where they go, so we had to fetch them ourselves lmao absolutely a joke for the price their asking.

Lane had something pop out into the lane when the ball went in the gutter. The balls aren't great either. Lane would get stuck and need reset. Then it's free refills on soda pitcher unless you want a different flavor soda them they try to charge you for a whole other pitcher 😂😂 this place was a joke seriously will not go back

One waitress serves an entire establishment while the bar tenders and others scroll their phones , gossip and make fun of customers 🥹. We ordered food and beverages. Our beverages never arrived and the food was brought in incremental shifts way later , we choked and asked for water from the bar , despite the bar being empty they shrugged us off as if we interrupted their good solidarity! We asked one of the waitress who was a busy body parading around doing absolutely nothing to assist us with drinks... she snobbly went to the kitchen only brought out 2 drinks of the six and snapped at us when we asked for more , now who is gonna drink from a cup made by someone of this caliber? This same waitress made fun of our lack of service and went to round up a group of other workers who pretended to be managers yelling, bullying and spitting on us . So embarrassing and disgusting 🤮! Thank goodness the real manager came down and by that time things were horrible.
