  We just had our 7 year olds birthday party at this location and it was highly amazing! Staff was amazing! Management Ernest was really helpful with our add on day of! Stacy the cook held us down with the amazing food and other staff helping us with anything we needed Mac and Paul. Thank y'all so much! My son said it was the best birthday party ever!

  We love this place! Went for the first time last December for my husband’s work Christmas party! The food was amazing and drinks were yummy! We have been going back with the kids off and on since then and have always had a good experience. Went again this weekend and learned about the kids summer pass! Will definitely be remembering it for next year summer!

  I just want to say, I came to this area to visit and we went bowling here, and we received excellent service, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was awesome. It’s kid friendly and the food was great. I will be coming to bowl again when I am in town.

  I had the best experience with Bowlero Bowling. There was one staff member that was a light skin young lady that was very helpful to all of her customers and made sure we didn’t need anything. She made sure our experience here a time to remember. I always come here with my job and she always shows the group home so much love. She definitely needs a raise, I can really say that.I will definitely be back.

  If I could give more than five stars, I'd roll a perfect 300 just trying. Whoever decided to put Tiana in charge of Bowleroo in Greenville deserves a trophy, a raise, and probably a parade. This place has made a complete turnaround under her management. The lanes are spotless, the entire facility is incredibly clean, and the customer service is right up everyone's alley. Tiana doesn't just manage the place—she absolutely strikes every single time. She somehow manages to make every customer feel like they're the only one in the building, and her team follows her example. You can tell she sets the standard because everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to enjoy helping people. The moment that completely sold me? A little child accidentally snapped a game card in half. Most places would shrug and say, "Sorry, you'll need a new one." Not Tiana. She took the time to carefully tape it back together, somehow worked her magic, and got it functioning again. Seeing the smile on that child's face was worth more than any high score on the lanes. That's not customer service—that's someone who genuinely cares. At this point, we've seriously joked about trying to recruit Tiana to come run our own business because managers with her level of dedication are harder to find than a 7-10 split conversion. She's organized, kind, efficient, and always rolling in with a positive attitude. Honestly, we'd hire her in a heartbeat if we ever had the chance. And can we talk about her staff? They're all knocking it out of the park—or should I say knocking down pins. They hustle nonstop, keep the place sparkling, and never miss a beat. Between everything they do, I'm convinced they should be issued a company helicopter so they can get here even faster. They've earned it! If anyone deserves VIP transportation for their dedication to Bowleroo in Greenville, it's this crew. To Tiana and the entire team: keep rolling, keep striking, and keep sparing no effort. You've turned Bowleroo into a place people actually look forward to visiting, and it shows every single time we walk through the doors. We'll definitely be back... although we're still keeping our fingers crossed that one day Tiana decides to come manage our business instead. Until then, Bowleroo Greenville is lucky to have her.
