  The bike department is spot on. Matt was incredibly helpful. Showed me a couple of things about replacing a tube that will make it much easier next go round.

  We had an amazing experience at this REI getting me and three young adults ready for a trip to Iceland. Tedi spent at least an hour with us in the shoe department. She helped us find the right shoes, showed us the proper way to lace them, explained how they should fit, and had us test them going up and down the rock incline. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mel, who I believe was the store manager, was wonderful too. She spent a ton of time going back and forth between the women’s and men’s departments helping us make sure we had everything we needed for Iceland. Honestly, I think at some point nearly the entire staff helped us! Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the right gear. We left feeling completely taken care of and ready for our adventure.

  Slow to provide bike service. Left my bike on a Monday, told me it would be ready by a Wednesday and 9 days later still no bike. Will not be using them going forward.
