  Please train your team members properly or hire capable employees. Simple transaction (store pick up) should not take over 10 minutes (I am not including time I waited to get to registry) and 2 calls to manager for support. P.S. I am looking to buy bicycles for my 4 and 7 year old daughters. I will shop elsewhere this time.

  The cycle associate was very helpful and friendly as I was looking for a indoor cycling shoes.

  Review not for this location but REI as a whole. They do very little in the way of making things affordable and its getting old. I shouldnt be able to buy the same items $20-$30 cheaper online. I would prefer to give my money to REI than amazon, but REI doesnt make it easy for consumers on a budget.

  Great selection and friendly staff! Was disappointed that the recent member sale didn’t include the usual 20% off a full price item. Makes it harder to shop here with prices as high as they are these days.

  Went in today to get some gear due and upcoming trip. Went to a store to be able to get some advice and try out the stuff in person. The employee working that section was having a conversation with a friend the whole time I was trying stuff out and they literally just watched me the whole time. Would have been cool if they helped out, at least that's what my prior experiences have been in these stores. Isn't that the only difference between stores and ordering from Amazon?
