Asked if someone booked a teetime that I was just told was available, and was then put on hold without being communicated with. Waited minutes to then hear “are you still there” and then no explanation. Addressed being put on hold with no explanation, met with silence. Have golfed here many of times. Decent course! Very good for new golfers or casual play. Only leaving the review for the outrageous telephone experience just now.
