- WHWilliam HarrisAug 24, 20265.0Okay so I will be bias in my opinion of this bowling alley,( anywhere I have that much fun, and with family and friends I haven't seen in years definitely gets all my stars). Location was definitely family friendly with something for everyone. Service could have been better, but a busy Saturday night with staff shortage, I absolutely understood the situation. The time together with family and friends, the laughs the hugs, the memories of a absolutely great night will be cherished forever. Thanks Lucky Strike on a job well done đź‘Ź.
- CSCraig StemJul 30, 20263.0Giving 3 stars because it’s a fine, functional bowling alley if you’re a casual bowler. I have been bowling at these lanes for 4 years now. Always loved it. Until this year. When “lucky strike” bought it out, they completely ruined it, in my opinion. They put the pins on strings, replaced all the house balls with cheaper versions, and whatever oil they are using on the lanes does not behave like any oil I’ve ever seen. It is so slick! I watched a 200 avg bowler throw a 450 series tonight. This place is fine if you are looking for a casual bowling alley just to have fun, but if you’re an avid bowler who’s trying to work on their game, stay very far away. You will only get frustrated. The summer league has already lost half of its teams, and I would imagine more will drop out next year
- JRJordan RineerJul 28, 20261.0enjoyed our time bowling a few weeks ago, but had noticed an additional 72$ charge on my credit card the next day. i called and asked about it and customer service was very understanding and helpful with getting me in touch with the right person. after calling and emailing, i was only given half of this charge returned to me, with no explanation. nobody responded to my emails to explain why i only got half of my money back from a charge that was a mistake on their end.
- R9rt 9Jul 22, 20261.0Arrived early for a corporate booking: food was brought out 40 minutes late despite being early, and asking food to be brought out at the booked event start time. No condiments, utensils, or napkins were provided when food brought out, even though groups on either side of us had both. We had to ask for each individual item, and it took a long time to get each of these, even after the food was out. We had booked 3 lanes but the third lane, the one we had paid for, ended up being taken by another group, and we were not reimbursed. Extremely disappointed, and felt like we got ripped off.
- SMScottie MJul 21, 20261.0Staff are nice! Seems understaffed though. The real issue is the “new menu”, “new specials” and the backroom. The new menu has smaller pizzas and less options. Not offering loaded fries anymore when you HAVE the ingredients still is stupid. Stopping the beer pitcher/pizza special EVEN with the pizza size shrinking by 3-4 inches is an incredibly foolish decision. We just ordered less and went somewhere else for food. The backroom is anti-physics and uses pins on strings to tank your organic bowling scores. Probably switching bowling venues after 1.5 decades of frequenting this location. The Lucky Strike management team just seems to not really “get it” like previous owners.
