Private equity has killed everything, and now it's reached bowling....and this bowling alley is a prime example of squeezing every penny out of you as a consumer while killing the experience. The CEO of Bowlero Tom Shannon "I don't think anyone takes bowling seriously, why should they" with a smirk on his face. While he goes on to say they are taking a family outing and turning it into something for the rich/wealthy. To put it lightly, this place sucks. It's over priced, you pay per person, per hour and shoes are not included. Oh and get this....this company uses DYNAMIC PRICING, talk about a complete ripoff.

Filthy and noisy. Staff wouldn’t do anything about either. I’ve been to dance clubs that didn’t have their music this loud.

Went to the Epic Center Location and was extremely disappointed in the customer service, or should I say lack there of. DQ, was rude, unprofessional, and just not someone that should be working at an entrance to an establishment. Will definitely be contacting corporate and escalate my complaint. There was NO toilet tissue in the woman’s or man’s restroom. There were NO paper towels in either restroom. There was only one soap dispenser in the woman’s restroom with soap. The best thing about the bathroom…was the sink water. The bowling alley was basically empty, so why the restroom would not be properly stocked is beyond me. Overall, my afternoon at this location was beyond disappointing. Spending time, money, gas, and $30 for parking is ridiculous - especially to receive such horrible service.

We visited on a Friday night with a group of six. The bowling was fun, and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere, but the service left a lot of room for improvement. Several food orders came out incorrectly, and when we asked to have them corrected, we were told that the items we had originally ordered were no longer available. That was frustrating, especially since the orders had already been accepted. When it was time to leave, we waited more than 15 minutes for our bill. We eventually started walking toward the exit before staff stopped us to finally bring it over. Unfortunately, every bill was incorrect, and our group had to sort out the charges ourselves. Overall, it's a decent place for bowling and spending time with friends, but the wait staff and bill management could use significant improvement.
