- MBMs. Bee3 days ago3.0This was a family reunion event and maybe it was overwhelming for staff. However, There was supposed to be a buffet for the family and each member paid $40 for this event. It was 2 hours of bowling and two of our lanes were down for over 15 minutes in that time was not recooped. The food was not replenished and I was only able to get a slice of pizza and some fries. As a non-drinker we were given two drink tickets but we're only allowed to select lemonades which I'm not sure how they calculated the fee nonetheless it was okay. I did not like bowling in my own shoes because we were told they may run out of shoes so don't worry about changing shoes. Communication is always key however when we've told at least three employees that are laying is not working and no resolved because we're waiting for somebody to show up that never did until the third person went and told them again at the food counter did the lanes are still stuck. As if they all look around at each other like "I thought you did it oh I thought you did it" I'm sure it just needs some renovations and it would be a super bowling alley but coming from out of town it had a little different.

Your ability to take advantage of any promotion depends on who’s working, each person has a different understanding of the rules. When asking for a manager they are incompetent as well. We’ve experienced rude customer service on different occasions. Additionally the facility is outdated. It has potential if changes are made.

My husband and I recently moved from Northern Virginia, and this place has become a regular stop for family outings. Everyone here is incredibly friendly, from the people checking you in to the heroes who put up the bumpers and quietly protect our dignity. The lemonade is fantastic too. My husband ordered the dragon fruit lemonade and it’s AMAZING! Get the lemonade and fries and you won’t regret it! We are absolutely not bowling pros. We’re still learning, but the staff is so kind and helpful that we can focus on what really matters: making memories and reminding family members that they somehow threw a ball directly at 10 pins and only managed to hit one. Sometimes not even that. If you're looking for a fun family spot with great staff, great drinks, and endless opportunities to humble your loved ones, this is it.

The tables and chairs are placed 1 foot from the the lanes, and people were piled on top of each other trying to maneuver around the chairs, tables and other people to bowl. Because of this setup, I would not recommend this place for a night out with the family!/

The employee I dealt with had a very rude attitude and was not welcoming or helpful when I asked questions. As a tourist, I felt uncomfortable and felt that I was treated differently because I’m not from the area and have an accent. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left a very negative impression. Customer service and pricing transparency need significant improvement.
