- A_Aimee _ESep 18, 20265.0Had such a great experience at AMF Bowling on N. Tryon! Tim was absolutely great—he was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Everyone there was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff made the whole experience enjoyable and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back! 🎳😊
- SQSean QuinnAug 23, 20261.0We got turned down for alcohol because one person in our group was over served. They treated our entire group like a problem. They not only were disrespectful but from our point of view and how everything came across, they seemed to enjoy being obnoxiously rude to us. One of the most insane experiences I have ever had. We left before even playing a game. And as we left the employees cheered and laughed. Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
- ACa cookAug 21, 20261.0NO STARS -Bowlero/Lucky Strike does not care about its league bowlers or their concerns. It is consistently short staffed, and with the exception of Tasha, the management we’ve encountered has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. My son-in-law arrived before I did and wanted to order food. He witnessed a manager , who was apparently the ONLY employee in the building at the time—speaking rudely to an older woman and actually slamming the scanner down on the counter. He texted me that he was leaving because he was not comfortable staying or spending his money there. There are also some serious concerns with the women’s restroom. The stall doors do not close completely, which is uncomfortable and unacceptable. And I’m honestly very thrown off by the lounge area that has now been set up OUTSIDE the bathrooms. It’s not only an odd setup—it’s a little (okay, a LOT)creepy. On top of that, because Bowlero is so quick to ban people, you don’t really feel comfortable complaining. You never know when you might be banned without any recourse. Everything seems to be based on hearsay from management, and honestly, that’s a joke. It’s no surprise they have a class-action lawsuit against them. As a league bowler, I expect to feel welcomed and respected, not like an inconvenience. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and do better.
