Not an enrichment camp — Just a glorified, disorganized screen-time daycare I wanted to share my experience for parents looking for real enrichment, especially those with neurodivergent kiddos. We signed up for this camp because of the Jedi theme, but the red flags started right at drop-off. When I simply asked for a schedule of the daily activities for my 7-year-old, the staff became incredibly defensive. Every camp should have a clear schedule of what the children will be doing during the day, so their reaction was entirely unacceptable. On top of that, they mentioned they were going to watch a movie—something that was never disclosed in the registration emails. When I returned, I saw many kids just sitting on tablets playing video games. Even if a family doesn't care much about enrichment and just needs a daycare, a place operating like this is a major red flag and this should never happen. Within less than an hour and a half of drop-off, I got a call saying my child wasn't complying with instructions and that it wasn't a good fit. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed by a 7-year-old who doesn't instantly conform to their expectations. It is incredibly sad that our kids are given so little time to adjust to "the system" before being rejected. I absolutely don't deny that my child needs a lot of maturing when it comes to executive functions—but that requires empathy and patience, not a quick dismissal. Choosing a camp with a theme your child loves shouldn't mean sacrificing basic structure and communication. I should have investigated more. These places don't deserve our hard-earned money, and they definitely don't deserve our very unique children.

The instructors are kind and supportive, ensuring everyone can learn. They continue teaching past black belt, continue learning to be better instructors, and support their fellow instructors.

My 6 year old daughter absolutely loves taking karate classes. When asked if she wants to continue or take up dancing she without hesitation said she wants to stay in Karate. I highly recommend, the staff are super friendly, supportive of the students and all around awesome.

My six year old daughter has been attending Vision martial arts for over a year and loves it. It has great structure and discipline and is engaging and fun. The instructors are great with kids and make the environment positive and meaningful threading life skills in with training. Teaching helps with attention and respect as well as coordination and confidence. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new hobby/ sport.
