  This review is not directed to REI but the vendors selling their merchandise through rei rooftop cargo bags with straps. What they do not tell you. Don't you ever put this thing on your roof and drive through rain? Or you better hope it never rains. While you're using it because they will destroy the interior of your car with all the water pouring in these people that are designing this stuff are not using the technology to help you and I the ripping us off on the money.Because for the love of money, they love their evil fix.The problem!!!!!!

  Go to GREENVILLE REI. I had made a purchase in Asheville passing through and had never used the product yet. I went to use it and a piece was broken. I spoke to the manager at REI, and he was trying to tell me that it was my fault, which is gaslighting. I had NEVER even used the product!! This was a $900 piece I purchased. I then called GREENVILLE and spoke with the manager and the first thing she said was we will replace this product asap. Unbelievable the difference. I will never shop at Asheville again, if you’re on the fence, go to Greenville, a much kinder and secure experience.
