Martial Arts SchoolGym
We teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, wrestling and Submission Grappling. Our program allows parents to train while their kids train too.
We serve Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Raleigh, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina and Morrisville.
We offer adult beginner classes 6 days a week and at multiple times per day. We also offer intermediate and advanced classes for our higher belts and competitors.
Our kids program is robust and offers classes 6 days a week in BJJ, Grappling mixed with Judo and Wrestling concepts.
Our coaching staff includes multiple BJJ Black belts, several Division 1 Wrestlers and a Judo Brown Belt.
