My Gym Sandhills

My Gym is a Children’s Fitness Center born out of a passion to teach children in a fun, physically engaging environment. Our goal is to create an environment where children feel loved and supported so their self-esteem and confidence can flourish. We offer 1 hour age based classes for our members as well a 1 hour practice and play per week. Classes include activities such as songs, dances, gymnastics, relays games, practice skills, tumbling, and imaginative play. We also offer ninja, gymnastics class and a sibling class.
