Gary and Brent were excellent guides and made everyone, even new riders, comfortable on the horses. The horses were fantastic as well. Highly recommend Black Otter and we look forward to our next opportunity for an adventure with them.

- KAKelly AmsdenAug 10, 20265.0I am not a skilled horseback rider. Nor am I a huge camper. However, this experience was over the top spectacular. I was given great guidance with the horse that was chosen for me. The six hour ride out was lovely and delightful. The campsite was Over the top with an outdoor shower and even Starlink a little in the morning and each evening to check on Family and emails. Gary and Nika are considerate and have thought of everything, literally. The campsite overlooks the most beautiful meadow I've ever seen. If you were going to go with Black Otter, then you do not need to go to Yellowstone. There will be nothing left to see after what they show you. and the fly fishing, I have no words. You would be crazy to not spend time with Gary and Nika at Black Otter Guide Service

Gary was funny and very knowledgeable about the river and area and made us an amazing stream side hot lunch with dessert! We caught plenty of fish would definitely use Black Otter again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great time on the river. Gary's wife Nikka was great as well. She set up the trip and info for us and made everything go smoothly.
