I got my first e bike here and it took a out a week for it arrive and to be assembled and the. they got my accessories put on, they just had to order a part for my front fender which took a few days but they kept me in the loop and I was so excited. REI is great just stay patient and remember that the bike shop can be pretty busy especially during or right after a sale, like when I got my bike! And 30 bucks for a lifetime of benefits is worth it!

It felt like I was wandering around for quite a while before anyone asked if I needed help, and then they seemed a little distracted. It is a good place to find quality items if you already know what you are looking for, but I hope for a bit more attention when I actually have questions about the products.

The staff are always very helpful and incredibly friendly. This time round - special shoutout to Arden for her advice and recommendations in my hunt for a thin but warm and packable fleece with a full zip which is not the Patagonia R1 (because I can't deal with the zigzag pattern and also because Patagonia stuff is too long for someone my size). I eventually tried on the North Face Tek Approach jacket and decided to buy that based on her recommendations.
