I wish I caught his name, but we had an issue with the roof rack on our car, and the problem was solved smooth and easy within five minutes with his help. A great REI with even better customer service.

Both were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and overall just great to be around. We work in the outdoors and as such are REI regulars around the nation and I can say with confidence Chris and Michael set the bar high.
- BWBen WollenzienMay 31, 20262.0Bought some biking shoes and cleats from REI and after two rides one of the bolts fell out of one of the cleats. Took the shoe in to get a new bolt put in and the same guy that installed the cleats helped me and he said I would have to buy all new cleats to have the bolt replaced. Seems like the bike department should have a spare bolt or at least cover their product, especially since I’ve only been on them for 2 rides. Come on REI…
