  I had purchased a new ball online and was looking for someone knowledgeable to help me create and drill a layout that matched up with how I was wanting this ball to perform and react. Jacob, you’re the man!!! Extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Took the time to listen to my goal and walked me through different options. Discussing the pros and cons of each. Then he asked me the million dollar question, what was my PAP? I said I have no idea, nobody has ever asked me that directly. His response, “to do this right everything starts there, so let’s go out on the lanes and I need you to throw a few shots with your current equipment and then we will calculate your personal PAP.” To say the least I was very impressed. He could have just thrown out some BS, drilled my ball, and took my money……. BUT he didn’t. He approached it passionately and professionally. Taking the time to get all the information and insights he needed, so that he could drill a layout that fit my release, my game, and my goal for that ball. Very pleased with the process and loved how the ball reacted when he was done. Can’t wait to see how it goes during actual league play. Thanks again Jacob. You’re the man!!!

  This shop is always closed no matter when I come. Google hours are wrong, and they don’t even keep the hours listed on their door. Came here at 4pm on a Saturday.

  Jamison and Jacob are amazing! Haven't bought a ball in 8 years and couldn't be more impressed with the one they sold me. All around amazing experience and the only proshop I will use from now on.

  Jamison and Jacob are the friendliest, most knowledgeable professionals that I have met in a long time. I cannot stress enough how much they have helped me not only with my bowling game, but with the overall understanding of everything that comes with this sport. Inside and out of these bowling balls, they have an answer. Whether it be your technique, ball of choice, understanding the Lane conditions, or your mental game, they legitimately have you covered. They truly care about their customers and will always give you the best and most efficient advice even if it isn’t exactly what you want to hear. If you truly want to improve your game, go see them. And honestly, if you just wanna get a good bowling ball to make your game better and you don’t take it that seriously also go to them because they will still support you through that. They’re not gonna treat you any different than they treat anybody else. They are going to support you and make you feel comfortable every step of the way. Jamison and Jacob deserve so much recognition. But you don’t have to sit here and read this review. Go in and see for yourself. Also go ahead and pick yourself up a new bowling ball. They’ll even teach you how to roll it down the lane 🤙🏼 I legitimately refused to buy my bowling gear anywhere else because I want to give them all of my dollars because they deserve it and I love watching that Pro Shop grow The fact that they are both professional bowlers and Jamison literally goes on tour with pros on the PPA and has drilled balls on the spot for bowlers’s like E.J. Tackett truly says a lot. But even without that, they are amazing people.

  Jamison and Jacob are phenomenal people and are extremely educated when it comes to bowling and ball choice and fitting for bowlers. They are honestly the only redeeming thing about lakeside, and will continue to patronize this location.
