I never saw a sign saying the clearance section is final sale, there is a sticker over the spot on the tag that apparently says the item is final sale, it is not mentioned on the receipt that it was final sale, and I was not told that the item was final sale. I would not have purchased it if I had known it was final sale. It's a bike seat not underwear. I don't understand why it is not returnable. And both the cashier and the manager spoke to me about the policy as if I were stupid for not already knowing. I had planned to purchase hiking shoes after I made my returns. No thanks. I will be doing all my outdoor shopping elsewhere in the future.

No one was willing to help, they all just stand off and stare. Very over priced. My local REI in SC is awesome compared to this one. I ended up leaving without buying anything I needed for my camping trip. I’ll head to Walmart and or Home Depot.
