  My review is of the casino, and not the hotel, just had a bad experience last Saturday on 6/27. I was playing a slot machine and when the machine hit a bonus, the machine froze up and would not give me my free spins. After several mins. someone finally came and tried to reboot the machine, then another tech. came and opened the machine and tried several things even switched out the button keys, and was very nice and apologetic. But then someone came around and was very rude and said you need to sign this and we will give you the money in the machine, we do not know when it will be fixed. Then I said, well the machine is in a bonus and I should get paid more and refused to sign. Then she said it might take a few days are you going to wait a few days. After that I asked to speak to a manager, after several mins., a manager came out and did not even talk to me or apologize for the situation, he just told the girl who was asking me to sign the paper and give me the money in the machine that there is nothing they can do and I need to take the money, and if the machine pays then they will call me. So, after about an hour of sitting there waiting for them to fix the machine, I finally agreed to take the money in the machine and left my name and number with the girl, but I still have not heard back. I also asked if I could get a comp on a drink, room, or food, and they basically laughed at me and said no way! It was just an overall bad customer experience and they seemed like they did not care, especially the manager who was worthless. Hope to get a call, and no idea what the bonus would have paid out and will probably never see my money!

  I took a beer to the bathroom when I returned. They told me I could no longer come back in the casino and I was banned from the property which is wrong. They sold me the beer. I should’ve been able to drink my beer on the property at is wrong

  Rivercity is my go to casino! It's close to home, I feel safe inside and outside the casino, and I usually have a great time playing slots. They have a great assortment of slot machines, and are always adding fun new slots. The security and slot techs are always really friendly and super helpful also! Im still after my 1st handpay, but I can feel it coming!

  Held my daughter's wedding there and that was great, however, my vehicle and two other vehicles were broken into on a Sunday morning with several things being stolen in addition to damages. Parking lot was under surveillance but this happened in broad daylight. Security is woefully lacking and I received no apologies from the resort at all. Park at your own risk...

  Robin Sills gave me the best customer service that I have see in a long time. She really made my day by just going above and beyond to show kindness and professionalism. If you come to this casino and come across her you will have a wonderful experience. I hope she goes far in this company because we need people like this around.
