  Our stay at this hotel for a wedding was lackluster at best. Our toddler had gotten car sick a few miles from the hotel, and it was helpful to be able to check in early (for a $30 fee, of course.) Upon arriving in our room, we found it to be borderline disgustingly dirty. My toddler picked a used cocktail straw off the floor, the coffee area was sticky and crazy dusty, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years. We asked that the room be cleaned again, but that meant we had to leave- making the $30 early check in a waste of money. We were told the room was re-cleaned but it didn’t look a whole lot better. My mobile key stopped working multiple times, and the hallway often smelled like marijuana. Upon returning from the wedding, we realized we could clearly hear the music from reception all the way up in our room- even with a white noise machine playing. I texted the front desk and asked if the music could be turned down a bit and was told “that isn’t possible.” I hope I never have to set foot in this hotel again.

  This was the worse experience I ever had by far. The security people are rude. Then when you go to the casino the security that let you in pick and choose who they want to come in. They turned me around for idk what reason they wouldn’t tell me. Then I was the only person they ask for and ID. They pulled me to the side then let 100 other people through without checking their shit that is rude and unprofessional. I will be talking to someone and seeking legal action. This was by far the most worst visit I ever had at a casino and I done been to so many I can’t count but yall are trash.

  We stayed at this hotel last month. It was disgusting. I have never stayed in such a filthy room. They did move us but it really wasn’t much better! It honestly looks like they just change the beds and nothing else. Pink and black mold in the shower grout, and floors that had not been vacuumed in I don’t know how long. Dust, debris and food in the corners and hair all over the bathroom. I added some pictures and you can see clearly it’s gross!

  I have stayed at this motel casino several times and usually enjoy the stay this time when booking a room.I was very disappointed. I'll just leave it up to everybody reading this to decide. They show a room with 2 double beds.\nFor x amount of dollars. When you get down to the breakdown of the billing, it says extra person $48.\nThere's only me and my daughter, 2 people too beds, one room.Where do they get the extra person. Why would they rent a room with two double beds or queen beds for one person. There.\nIs no extra person.There's two people for too beds.\nI think it's a scam.There's nothing in the ad that says this room is for one person, so I'll see what they decide to do. But I will not pay for an extra person. When I'm renting a room with 2 beds, that's supposed to be 300 and some dollars.\n And there's no mention of it until you get the bill and then there's a forty eight dollars charge for an extra person. There's nothing about that that makes sense.

  The room had decent updated features like the walk in shower and the view of the river was nice. The hotel amenities such as the hotel lobby bar and the restaurants within the casino were next to impossible for us to use. Not from being crowded but walking up to the bar we were told it was "closed for seating" which later on wasnt even being used for seating anyone. We were interested in getting the Mediterranean pizza that was advertised and when we came down to be seated we were told they dont do pizza unless you made a prior request. We ordered it on the hotels app and yet they had no clue what we were talking about.
