  We traded in a 2015 for a 2023 5th wheel. From the website to Rey our sales rep, Tyler our know everything guy and Danielle the paperwork lady- everything was easy. Midwest will not let you down. They all take pride in serving the community. Thank you!

  Would not recommend the service center here. I have no experience with the sales center though so take that with a grain of salt. Jamie has an attitude with any question I asked. Paid $250 for an estimate (which was never disclosed when scheduling until I showed up). The estimate for parts was generic and they never reached out to the manufacturer to get pricing for those parts. I asked for them to contact the manufacturer so my quote being sent to insurance was accurate and she gave me an attitude saying they’re not going to spend time researching the parts until they’re actually repairing it. I was hoping to find a service center/dealership closer to home that I could trust after moving, but will need to keep looking.

  Highly recommend Midwest RV Center in St. Louis, MO. We received excellent customer service from John our salesperson when we purchased our 2026 Keystone Cougar HH TT. The dealership provided us superb training on all the technical areas of the camper at the time of pickup. The owner took time to meet us and accept our payment. They strive to maintain a family environment where character and hardwork is evident in their company's culture.

  We dealt with John as our salesman. He was beyond amazing. He made everything in the process so smooth and went way out of his way to make things work for us or answer questions we have. We have told everyone we know about our experience and will defiantly be back

  We were throughly satisfied with our experience at Midwest. From my first interaction via the internet to our final signing day they were quick and responsive. BJ, our salesman, listen to what we wanted and showed us plenty of options that included all of wants and stayed within our budget. In fact, we were very impressed that there was no pressure to go over our budget. Tyler was great giving us our tour of our camper on pick up day and Danielle was knowledgeable and helpful while signing our paperwork. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we will definitely recommend others to come check them out.
