Every instructor has been great and the class is very supportive, welcoming, and so much fun. I am so grateful that a women's only class with only women instructors is available and very affordable.

Probably one of the best places for both people just looking for one of the best most fun workouts and for those who want to develop real-world experience.
- SLSamir LMay 24, 20215.0Awesome place for a great cardio workout. The sessions are about 50 minutes broken into 10 minutes stretch/cardio, 30 minutes of 12 2-minute rounds with a 30-second rest between rounds, and ending with 10 minutes of core/stretching. Highly recommended
