- FIFire and Ice Turnkey Unlimited IncJun 26, 20261.006/26/26 9am. The woman working is the rudest of the rudest ever!!! We were so irritated first thing in the morning!! Almost to the point we were going to check out and stay elsewhere!!! We were the only one there at the moment. The lady was aggressive and gave us literrally one second. A asian guy walks up skips us and taps on the window aggressively she went straight to him and started taking his order!!! We were like I thought you were helping us and she said you weren't ready aggressively!!!! It was so disrespectful we were in shock! It has nothing to do with us being high tier. The rude disrespectful nature of this individual definitely should not be in any type of customer service whatsoever!!! We brought our employees here for the weekend to have a great time and being scolded like a 2yr old for no reason at all was unnecessary! Also your gelato is melting away and looks disgusting like its freezer burnt! 1st time visiting and most definitely the last!!! After reading your reviews shame on you!
