  After 10 pm other than an outragiously expensive snack machine and an inoperable Coke machine, your only choice for food or drinks is a man selling boiled hotdogs in front of the casino. According to the website the rooms are elegant. There was nothing elegant about the room we stayed in. The mirrors in our room were filthy. Yes, it was a smoking room but I'd expect the mirrors to be clean. The toilet was way past it's prime showing rust where the toilet seat attaches to the base. There were black scratch marks inside the toilet and numerous cigarette burns on the toilet seat. The door that seperates the toilet from the rest of the bathroom was dirty and disgusting to look at. Even the artwork had brown water stains. The carpet was ripped and the lampshades were filthy. DO BETTER! This room cost almost $300! We WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

  Listen this is the environment youre booking, see picture. It smells like weed and you waiver your privacy? Must submit to a search upon entering? What kind of problems are they having here?

  Overall, our stay was good. Room 814 was clean. The curtain pulls and tracks do need repair. The sink drain ran very slowly and needs to be unclogged. The parking lot had much trash and debris, which is a very poor First image of the Hotel. The 8th floor elevator entryway was dirty, and the elevator floors were not being cleaned.

  I booked a room very late at night and was charged the full daily rate. While I would have appreciated some consideration given how late I checked in, I understand that sometimes that’s simply how hotel pricing works. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was much more disappointing. The AC was not working, and there was a leak around the window seal with visible signs of deterioration/decay on the ceiling. I brought these concerns to a supervisor, but no resolution was offered at the time. I was told that a supervisor would follow up with me afterward, but I never received any communication. I’m generally pretty understanding when issues come up, but I was disappointed by the lack of effort to address the condition of the room or follow up afterward. Given the experience, I’ll most likely choose a different casino hotel during my next visit to the area.

  The hotel was nice, the room was clean and the floor to ceiling window was really cool in the room. The giant shower was cool, had a standard shower head and a rain fall one from the ceiling. Cool design but the shower heads could use an upgrade. The casino was clean and well ventilated, I’m a smoker but hate to feel like I’m bathing in smoke. We ate at the sports bar and it was the only disappointment. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and it was a giant bowl of lettuce, hardly any additional veggies and the chicken was cut in a way that made it look like cat food, not to mention a very small portion in comparison to the abundance of lettuce. The dressing was super thick and you could tell there was not a lot of care put into it. The description did not match my expectations. If they put some finesse into their food it could be amazing.
