  We had a great time, and everyone was so nice. One suggestion: at Daiquiris and Dogs, clear signage would help let guests know they need to place orders at the kiosk. We initially waited for the cashier, only to be directed to the kiosk afterward, where there was already a line—so we had to wait twice. It was a bit frustrating, and we noticed others ran into the same issue.

  As a hotel that often hosts kids hockey tournaments due to the close proximity of the centene community Ice Center you would think they would have some things to cater more towards children. This is one of the least child friendly hotels I've ever been to in my life. They yell at the kids in the hallway at 9:00 p.m. making noise but all the drunks coming back from the concert those were just fine at midnight. The maintenance in the room was poor address. The fridge had ice buildup in it. The lamp on the table did not work. Light in the shower was not functioning. The amount of money you pay to stay at this place I would have expected better. I will never stay at this place again.

  Staff here is not interested in making your stay pleasant. I made multiple calls to the front desk to complain about the people in the room next to us and across the hall being in the hall arguing and slamming doors. Security was completely useless. When I finally went to the front desk at 5am after 3 hrs of this, the gal behind the counter to me I would have to come back at 9:30 to register a complaint with management and called security on me because she didn't like my attitude. At no time was I offered an apology, a reassurance the problem would be solved or the option to move to another room. There are several other options for hotels and casinos in area that do care about paying customers. They will be getting my money next yime.

  The shower is Tiny it has a chair in it that will not stay up so it makes it even smaller. I got the floor all over the bathroom wet.There was mold on the bathroom wall ,the ceiling in the bedroom has something on it I don't know what it is but it's gross. the bed and the pillows are very comfortable in the flooring is nice. The view in the suite is a rusty Hotel.There was a very bad smell they were trying to hide I think it was making me cough my be the mold?

  I am extremely disappointed by my recent visit to Hollywood Casino Missouri, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others know what to expect. From the moment I entered, the property gave the impression of being dirty, neglected, and poorly managed. The casino floor appeared unclean, trash was visible in several areas, and the overall environment felt rundown rather than welcoming. For a business in the entertainment and hospitality industry, cleanliness should be a basic standard, yet that standard seemed completely ignored. What disturbed me even more than the physical condition of the casino was the treatment of employees. During my visit, I personally witnessed supervisors ( Ms. Kiana) screaming at blackjack dealers in front of customers. It was shocking, uncomfortable, and highly unprofessional. No employee should be publicly humiliated while trying to do their job, especially in a customer-facing environment. Watching staff be spoken to with disrespect created a tense and unpleasant atmosphere throughout the gaming area. Racism is very obvious. The complaints and witnesses will come forward. A casino should feel exciting, organized, and professionally operated. Instead, this location felt chaotic and hostile. When management behaves this way toward employees, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment and raises concerns about how the business is run behind the scenes. If this is what guests are seeing openly, it makes you wonder what happens when customers are not around. What the casino's supervisors don't know is that one of their blackjack dealer's brother's is a high profile attorney. Hollywood Casino Missouri needs immediate changes in leadership, employee treatment, sanitation, and overall management standards. Staff deserve respect, and customers deserve a clean, enjoyable place to spend their time and money. Until serious improvements are made, I will not be returning. There are far better places to visit where guests are valued and employees are treated with dignity. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone.
