  My Host was Michael Gray, I had a horrible experience at this casino Host Michael Gray forced us to get him a dinner over $230. That’s the way it felt Did not cimpeded the dinner My kids got bitten by bedbugs. The rooms filthy, and old Lost over 10,000 and barely got comped wouldn’t even come cigarettes. Bad experience will not return if your highroller don’t go there cause they don’t do nothing for you.

  To be honest, Hollywood is pretty small compared to the other casinos in the area but we still had a great time. Half of the casino is smoking & the other half is non-smoking. Slots (old & new), many table games & they even have the interactive craps (dice) games. They have handicapped entrances w/ ramps, parking & an elevator. There are a few options for food/drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic); options such as Charlie Gitto's, Daiquiris & Dogs, Auntie Anne's pretzels & there are a few others.

  I have been to Uber casino in the St. Louis St. Charles area by far hands down. I would come back to Hollywood time and time again. One, you actually win in Hollywood. It don't matter the day of week. 2 staff is amazing from management to the cash out ladies. Player services all the above. 3, the location is amazing.You feel safe and wanted there.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. No shuttles to or from venue. I didn’t get any sleep because of the noise. Room hadn’t been vacuumed or disinfected. There were candy wrappers/food/hairs in the shower which grossed us out BEYOND. The room phone DID NOT WORK (plugged in) SO we couldn’t even call front desk. We were on the 4th floor all the way at the end. Every single place was closed. Could not get a decent meal, HOT SHOWER or anything for that matter. COULD NOT GET ROOM SERVICE. COULD NOT ORDER FOOD/PIZZA. I’ve never seen a hotel phone that couldn’t even dial 1 #. Glad we didn’t need a wake up call. I would have rather spent hours driving home. They also needed a credit card from me when I arrived. Never have that at W or Hilton. Didn’t check in until after show (1am)so it’s not like we needed much. Explanation where to park-poor. We were clueless and tired as hell. No valet parking offered or any accommodations. We paid $324.00 eight months prior. Not asking for much. We booked in JANUARY and show was in SEPTEMBER. Less than a star. Never got response from management after sending an email.

  Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I checked in on the app, yet the mobile key was never available, requiring check in at the desk. The young lady who checked us in told us to go to the rodeo tower and even wrote that on the room key envelope. Our room was in the sunset tower. We dropped our bags, freshened up and headed to the steakhouse for dinner and then to the casino for a night of gambling. Wrapped up a great evening of dinner, gambling and drinks to head back to the room. Unfortunately, the room left a lot to be desired. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night because of the terrible shape of the mattress. You could feel the springs and no matter what we tried, there was no way to get comfortable. When you would get up, you could see the indentations from where your body was (and no, it wasn’t memory foam). It was bad enough my husband and I considered just driving home at 2:30 am. Additionally, the hair dryer in the room had caught fire at some point prior to our check-in. It was melted in one space and black in others, yet was still plugged in as if operational. If you need a hotel in a pinch, don’t want to drink and drive, it’s better than nothing but I definitely wouldn’t recommend.
