- RHRyan HudsonAug 19, 20263.0I don't even live here, but a close friend does. I was told the lot rent is somewhere in the 500s. No lawn service. No amenities. Someone is getting filthy rich
- CCConstanceJun 15, 20261.0Visiting the area in my motor home and this was the only place available for a monthly rate. The front of the park looked decent however the deeper in you drive, the more it looks like a junkyard/homeless encampment. The front of the park had a lot of vacancies and I was told to “just pick a spot.” I chose a spot close to the office and stayed one month. It wasn’t a pleasant experience as the noise was definitely a problem-from the neighbors, the highway, and all of the construction going on. The traffic was horrible and definitely not RV friendly. On top of this, I was charged a $150 deposit of which I’ve NEVER heard of for an RV stay. Upon leaving I was told they will mail me my deposit back because they are only returned via check and it takes 2 weeks. I was then told it would be 3 weeks because I was leaving on a Thursday and checks are only cut on Thursdays. It’s been almost 2 months since I left and no deposit has been received. I’ve called numerous times and no answer or returned call-no matter how many voicemails I leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PARK AS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS UNACCEPTABLE.
