- JMJaimie MillerJun 6, 20265.0We recently purchased two Trek Checkpoint SL 5 bikes from my home bike shop from out of town! My bike was having a shifting issue and the chain was skipping. Brad took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explain what was happening, and make sure it was fixed correctly. Not only did he replace my chain with an upgraded one, but he also proactively replaced my boyfriend’s chain because he knew it would likely develop the same issue. What impressed us most was that they went above and beyond to take care of us and didn’t charge us anything for the additional work. That level of customer service is rare these days. Brad was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience with our new bikes. The entire team treated us exceptionally well from start to finish. If you’re looking for a bike shop that stands behind its products and truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend Trek Arnold. They’ve earned customers for life.
