- VSVaibhav SharmaSep 25, 20265.0I visited the Roseville REI location to prepare for my very first hiking trip, feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what gear I actually needed. From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The staff here doesn't just try to make a sale—they act like true consultants. They patiently took the time to walk me through the essentials, helping me figure out exactly what was necessary for my trip and ensuring every piece fit me properly and comfortably. Thanks to their expertise, I walked out with all my hiking gear and complete confidence for my trail ahead. I won't be shopping anywhere else for my outdoor needs. Highly recommended!
