The owners of this gym have influenced my life positively in so many ways. I started off as a high school cheerleader with Annie as my main coach and Devo as my tumbling coach. They instill a strong work ethic, commitment, and accountability in their athletes. This has been recognized by all of my employers as an adult and has served me well, far past my time as an athlete under them. I have also coached under Annie and Devo. They are wonderful mentors who allowed me to learn and grow under their guidance. I had to step away from coaching to raise my family but would happily return when my schedule allows. I would wholeheartedly recommend their gym to anyone interested in all-star cheer and tumbling.
There truly aren’t enough words to describe what Minnesota XTREME All Star Cheer has meant to our family. This gym is so much more than a place to practice—it’s a second home, a support system, and a community that lifts each athlete up in ways that go far beyond the mat.
The coaches pour their hearts into these athletes. They don’t just teach skills—they build confidence, resilience, discipline, and belief. They see potential in every athlete and push them to become the best version of themselves, all while creating an environment that feels safe, encouraging, and empowering.
What stands out the most is the culture. It’s not just about winning (although the success speaks for itself)—it’s about teamwork, accountability, and truly caring for one another. The friendships formed here, both for the athletes and the parents, are something really special. You feel it the second you walk in.
And the truth is—anyone can open a gym. But not everyone can build a legacy. Minnesota XTREME has done exactly that. The consistency, the integrity, and the results year after year speak volumes. This isn’t something that’s created overnight—it’s earned through years of dedication, experience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Watching my daughters grow—not just as athletes, but as strong, confident young girls—has been one of the greatest gifts, and I credit so much of that to this gym. Minnesota XTREME is building more than athletes… they’re building incredible humans.
If you’re a parent trying to decide where to go and don’t want to second guess your choice later—choose Minnesota XTREME first. You’ll feel confident in that decision from day one.
We are beyond grateful to be part of something this meaningful.
If you’re looking for a top-tier cheer gym in Minnesota, Minnesota Xtreme is truly unmatched. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and sense of community. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about each athlete’s growth both in skills and confidence.
The training is high quality and structured, helping athletes of all levels improve quickly while still feeling encouraged every step of the way. Safety is clearly a priority, and the staff does a great job of building strong fundamentals before advancing skills.
What really stands out is the team culture. Athletes are taught not just how to succeed in cheer, but also the importance of teamwork, discipline, and respect. It’s more than just a gym it feels like a family.
Whether your athlete is brand new to cheer or aiming for elite competition, this is an amazing place to grow, compete, and have fun. Highly recommend!

Minnesota Xtreme is an incredible gym that truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear they care about more than just the sport—they focus on building confident, respectful, and hardworking athletes. The owners and coaches are passionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in each athlete’s growth both on and off the mat.
What makes this gym special is the emphasis on lifelong values like teamwork, resilience, and accountability. The environment is positive, encouraging, and feels like a true community for both athletes and families. I’m so grateful to be part of Minnesota Xtreme and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a cheer gym.

I had high hopes for Minnesota Xtreme, as some of the coaches are kind and dedicated. However, my experience - as both a parent and a former MX coach - raised concerns about transparency and leadership decisions.
I never truly felt valued within the program, either as a parent or a coach. There were stretches of months without any acknowledgment from ownership, and overall they felt unapproachable, which made it difficult to feel like part of the community they promote.
Communication was another concern. When questions or concerns were raised, responses were often delayed, ignored, or came across as dismissive. This made it difficult to get clarity or feel heard. At times, it also felt nerve-wracking to speak up, as I worried about potential negative consequences, making open communication even more challenging.
They claim to put the good of their athletes first, yet there were situations where athletes and a coach were dismissed from the program based on rumors. This had a significant impact on multiple teams, especially those preparing for major competitions. From my perspective, the communication to the families around these decisions lacked clarity and consistency.
What was most difficult was seeing how this affected the athletes. They deserved stability and support, especially during such an important time in their season.
It also felt, at times, that leadership had grown comfortable in their position as the only local option, and only more recently began shifting their approach as new programs entered the area.
While there are positive individuals within the program, leadership ultimately shapes the environment, and that’s where I had concerns. I cannot recommend this gym based on my experience.
