  Many bike models were available for sale for me choosing the right bike that would fit my needs. Gateway’s bike mechanics know what they are doing and repairs are always done quickly. My bike needed the rear wheel replaced, and the staff said, “Your bike is under warranty so we will replace the wheel., no questions asked. The year experience with buying a bike from Gateway has been a great place to purchase a bike. In addition, buying a new bike here entitles your bike to an annual free checkup. CEJ

  We bought two electric bikes and one never worked correctly. They were very helpful and fixed the one that didn't work correctly even though it was out of warranty. The communication throughout the process was exceptional.

  I bought my truck here in February 2025 from Kyle and I’ve received nothing but great service. Each time I’ve had little issues they fixed it for free and I returned to the trail.

  I just had a bike I purchased over ten years ago from Gateway Cycle repaired on June 27th 2026. It has been a good bike (Trek 7.5 fix) but, I was beginning to think it’s durability had run it’s course after I discovered a cracked rim as I departed for another bike ride that day. Fortunately, my very kind brother in law insisted on taking it to Gateway Cycle. It was a beautiful day and I thought the shop would be very busy and consequently the crew would not be able to repair my bike that day? Well, I was wrong. We were approached by a very friendly young man named Kyle (cool tatoos by the way Kyle) and he very kindly assured me my beloved bike was worth repairing. He informed us that replacing the back wheel and also replacing the front inner tube would take a little while and asked us to return in1/2 hour! He completed the repairs and my bike rides like brand new! I ride my bike often and I felt as if I had just dodged a bullet! He also informed me that my bike chain was ‘bone dry’ in spite of my claim that I put a few drops on my chain once a week. He let out a friendly chuckle and then showed me and my brother in law the proper way to lubricate a bike chain! It might be my imagination, but I felt as if I rode a lot faster? Or, maybe it was just the comfort knowing my bike was still functional that made the miles seem to go by faster? Whatever it was, it is so reassuring to know there is such an elite ‘crack team’ of bicycle technicians/mechanics who can get your bike repaired as quickly as a NASCAR Pit Crew! Please take your bike to these fine people! And thanks to Kyle and Troy and the rest of the staff at Gateway Cycle! You guys are amazing!

  We brought in two bikes that needed a good tuneup. They did a great job and had it ready earlier than originally promised! All of the people at Gateway are outstanding! Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
