  I worked with Eddie and Ben, and they were both incredibly helpful! I came in with a hiking backpack I bought from a discount online store that was completely packed to the brim, with stuff hanging off of it. Eddie and Ben helped me unpack the entire thing, repack it in a way that actually made sense, narrow down what I really needed to bring, and make sure I had all of the essentials for my trip. What I appreciated most was that they never tried to sell me anything. They definitely gave recommendations when I asked questions and pointed out places I could upgrade in the future if I wanted to, but they were never pushy about buying a bigger backpack or replacing my gear. Eddie and Ben genuinely seemed to want to help me find what was best for me. I’ll definitely be back! Even if some of the prices are a little higher than other places, the customer service was absolutely worth it. Eddie and Ben were so kind, patient, and helpful. As someone who’s brand new to camping and hiking, I felt really comfortable asking questions and never felt judged for not knowing what I was doing.

  Our favorite REI store location and have been coming here for many years. Today though, Nola went above and beyond! She helped us with our pack fittings to prepare us for our 100 mile hike this summer. She spent a long time with us and gave us a ton of tips for adjusting our packs on the go. THANK YOU NOLA! 🫶🏼

  Tive uma ótima experiência na REI. A loja é muito organizada, limpa e oferece uma excelente variedade de equipamentos e roupas para atividades ao ar livre. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, educados e demonstraram bastante conhecimento sobre os produtos, ajudando a encontrar exatamente o que eu precisava. O ambiente é agradável e inspirador para quem gosta de aventura, camping, trilhas e esportes ao ar livre. Recomendo a visita para quem busca qualidade, bom atendimento e produtos confiáveis. Não dá vontade de sair da loja. I had a great experience at REI. The store is very organized, clean, and offers an excellent variety of equipment and clothing for outdoor activities. The staff were attentive, polite, and demonstrated considerable knowledge about the products, helping me find exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is pleasant and inspiring for those who enjoy adventure, camping, hiking, and outdoor sports. I recommend a visit to anyone looking for quality, good service, and reliable products. You won't want to leave the store.

  I should have grabbed his name, but I was looking for another bike tube, one more than they had on the shelf, and the associate went and checked upstairs and reported back there weren't any, but then still wanted to make sure that I was satisfied, so he went and looked somewhere else, while I continued shopping, and then tracked me down later after finding one. It was very much appreciated!
