We need to schedule better. I was irate. Your poor staff have to deal with my Karen self because management doesn't realize anyone shopping for OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL GEAR on a Monday at lunch time is probably in a hurry..... because they are employed... maybe a skeleton crew isn't it. I just needed a patch for my iSUP, but am planning, paying for and outfitting a camping trip for my family and so I had some other questions about gear for toddlers as and adaptive equipment for my mother, as well. It's not the employees fault that I won't be returning. I'm sorry to the gentleman doing backpack demos at 1:30 today. Management-you suck.
