We have and will recommend your shop / store to friends and relatives, and we will come back ourselves.   My son needed a standerd tube put in his bike. He made an appointment wait a few days dropped the bike off and after 2 weeks I called to find out what was going on. They Tried to explain that he bike was complicated to do a tube change on because they had to take off this, that, and the other thing. Adjust this, tighten that, and if we didn't do all this the bike was unsafe and needed a liability waver signed. The stuff they were trying to take off was put on the bike so none of that needed to be done. You take off the 2 axle bolt and the tire falls off literally, nothing else moves. This was done so could change the tube quick and easy for a race. I told them not to touch a thing and we would pick the bike up. Long winded but absolutely poor that a bike shop would try to take advantage of someone like that and take a month to get a standard tube because like I said on the phone it's a standard tube and the gentleman even argued that...says it right on the box.... Added a couple photos for reference and someone is going to say something about doing it ourselves and we did. When the tube was available for pick up we were busy and because you even need an appointment for that it seems like my son decided to have them just do it.
