One person asked if I was helped yet and then went on to help others. There was a lady there that helped others who came after me. And one gentleman said he saw me and would be with me in a minute and never came back. Found him later helping others with the sleeping mats. Super discouraging and ended up being a huge waste of my time.

Ever since the new CEO took over this company has completely fallen apart. They refuse to pay REI employees a living wage! Please don’t shop at this company. They are not an employee owned company. If anything they are just another conglomerate trying to pinch Pennie’s on every dollar. Horrible company! I will never give them my business!
