If I could give it zero stars I would. Me and my family when to the restaurant part of woodys and it was absolutely terrible. We went once on at Saturday and the food took over an hour and a half to come out which is understandable because it was somewhat busy. Now fast forward to today we went once a Thursday night after a graduation and there was only 4 people in there at the time. We sat down and waited at least 45mins to get our drinks and over 2 hours for our food. The manager was very disrespectful and when talked to her about how ridiculous the wait for all of our food was she said “well it’s really not our faults since you guys did not call in” very unprofessional. Yes we did have a party of 20 but also we were the only ones in there. She continued to blame us for coming in then only gave us $3 off of our bill. This morning one of our party members now has food poisoning from them. I will not be back ever! And that manager needs to be fired. I work in the restaurant industry and it should have never went the way it did!! Also a table of 15-18 came in about 15mins after we did and had the same exact server as us and they got all of their food and drinks before we did and left before we ever even got our food!

We had a great time bowling and hanging out here- the drinks are strong, the food is good (bar food) and it has a great high energy vibe. The place is very clean too. If you have people in your group that aren’t bowlers, there is an arcade area too.

Being a company that was always taken care of and always flexible. This rebrand and new ways of communication is terrible. Will be taking our company bowling events elsewhere!

Was there to listen to the HatTrick band. Waited at the bar for 20 minutes to get a drink just kept walking by. Then we were at a table and I ordered a drink from the server she brought everyone else’s drink so I went back up to the bar got a drink. Told the server I went and got my own she told me whatever good. The band was great not impressed by the people that work there, definitely will not be back unless they play again. The staff also seemed young. I am a very patient person understand things get busy, but being rude and not bringing my drink is unacceptable

Whao. Couldn't even bowl here because it was too expensive. You heard me right. The bowling was expensive?! Crazy. That's one of the more affordable activities for families. 6 of us to bowl three games was 175 dollars. What???? We chose another bowling alley that had normal bowling prices. Having a nice facility doesn't make bowling different. Lol. We will never go back.
