- ASAnne ShellAug 21, 20265.0Nicest people in the world! I was next door at the dentist's office when someone mentioned that there were baby raccoons stuck in the dumpster behind the building. I drove around to take a look after my appointment, and there were three or four huddled in a back corner of the dumpster. I noticed the Trek bike shop had some wooden pallets outside their back door, so I asked one of the gentlemen there if we could prop one up inside the dumpster so the raccoons could climb out. He was incredibly kind and helpful, and he and another man came out and did just that. He also said he would check later to make sure they had made their way out. There was also a man from another adjoining business who offered his assistance, although I'm not sure which business he was with - maybe Hydro Giant? Anyway, 10 stars to these men for being so kindhearted and humane. Highly recommend doing business with such wonderful people!

- LNLynn NewtonAug 4, 20261.0My son’s bike tire fell off 6 times!!!! Each time cost us $120 to fix. No explanation of why this keeps happening. They wouldn’t take bike back or off money off each fix. Just say- you want it fixed or not ma’am. Like I’m a crazy Karen. For an expensive bike it’s a piece of crap.
