  Made a tee time for 5:24pm, Showed up on time, was then told they are "behind" on tee times so our new one is 5:45... fine not a huge deal..... then we wait till 5:45 only to have a starter come over and tell us its going to be over an hour before we can tee off, guess they had an "unexpected league show up" when I even specifically asked if we would be behind a league when making the tee time that same day.... so cant really be more than a one star because we never got to play golf

  Sanctuary Lake is an okay course, with okay conditions. It plays incredibly short, is built on a landfill, and is a war zone. The pace of play is absolutely subpar. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve come only to find myself playing 6 hour rounds. Today I found myself looking to play a quick twilight round, and checked the closest course to me, Sanctuary. I go to book online and come to find out, Sunday NIGHT at 6pm.. the rate for 18 is $75. Naturally, I try to call to see if this is a mistake. Behold my joy finding out that calling the clubhouse does not put me in contact with the course. No. I am now on the phone with someone in South Africa with no way to contact the clubhouse, and with this individual having no idea about twilight rates On top of all this, she informed me that it is $75 due to the brand new and improved “Dynamic Rates” that are sweeping the nation. Not only are you paying for suboptimal conditions & long play times, now this course is giving you worse customer service AND price gouging you. Cutting their costs and stealing your money. Business baby. It is a shame what this course has come to. $75 for this is insane. I will not be returning, and advised you to do the same.
