  Louis and his team went above and beyond. I originally ordered a pickup but after measuring my small SUV it was obvious that it wouldn’t fit. I called and Louis changed it to a same day delivery. I’ll absolutely recommend the Trex Pontiac store to anyone.

  The best bike shop experience. We went to three separate bike shops in the area looking for our daughter’s next step up. Dave at Trek in Pontiac was so helpful, Knowledgeable and kind with my daughter. She left so excited about her new bike. The exchange program they have for when it is time to get her next size up is a definite bonus. Thank you so much for all your help!

  If you want people who are passionate about their jobs and your bikes, these are the guys for you. They are professional, efficient, organized, patient, and are always looking out for you as the customer. They have experience and knowledge that they are always happy to share. They are able to explain the various mechanics of a bike and it's accesories in a concise manner that doesn't feel patronizing nor demoralizing. I had seen them last Wednesday due to my back tire slowly deflating. while one was answering my questions about tire pumps, the other side as inspecting my bike. Within 10 minutes they identified the problem, replaced the pesky part, and sent me on my way. there was no hassle, no struggle, and they gave me plenty of advise. I love these guys. They've taken good care of me and the other clients. I'd HIGHLY recommend seeking out their services.
