- KTKATHY TARRMay 13, 20261.0UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT?? This is what I have heard and that this so called New Management is firing everyone and starting fresh with a new staff? Why would you get rid of staff that already knows the ropes and the league bowlers that frequent this establishment? Do you realize that your current employees have families to support and bills to pay? This better not be true so hoping someone from this so called New Management responds quickly to this review and confirm if it is true or not. If it is just a rumor, I will be happy to remove this review. However, to be honest, since Bowlero took over, it has become too corporate and not as relaxing as it used to be. Taking your family out for a night of fun and bowling use to be one of the least expensive things to do but not anymore. If I wasn't committed to the league I am, I would never step another foot into this establishment for the way they have treated leagues, high cost of bowling, food and drinks and now this I am hearing of firing all staff and starting fresh? So disrepectful to your patrons and staff.

- MAMoussa AbbasMay 6, 20261.0Older lady at the front acted like she absolutely hated being there. Every simple question or request for help was met with attitude, head shaking, or annoyance. It got to the point where it genuinely made me not want to come back. I understand everyone has bad days, but that’s not an excuse to treat paying customers poorly, especially on a day that was practically empty. There were only us and one other group bowling, so it’s not like she was overwhelmed or slammed with work. Customer service like that completely kills the atmosphere and experience.
