  Great service! I purchased a Thule bike rack from them, they assembled it for free and were very accommodating with explaining how it worked and helping me mount it on my vehicle. All that for the same price as buying it on Amazon, amazing!

  Out of all the bike stores I experienced in the area selling bikes; this place is by far the most down to earth will translate normal person into a bike that fits their needs without snark or snob. They've been great to work with to get down to the models that worked for me; and both bikes have been absolutely flawless. The techs are super down to earth and have entertained me being between sizes and trying to get the handlebar reach to fit right; prices are on par for normal maintenance. Part availability is down to being a Trek retailer, but still covers a lot of DIY maintenance tools to tires and more available to order. Great people; fast turnaround times; great communication, super knowledgeable without snark. Only slightly dangerous to the wallet. They cater to all types and aren't focused on only selling $15k S-works or race spec bikes Their sister store/flagship store nearby is also incredible and worth visiting; but the people at this store are definitely amazing and worth a visit for sales or maintenance.
