The greens are protected by numerous bunkers which were renovated in 2007. Distance from the back tees is 6,555 yards. Middle tees are 6,253 yards. Forward tees are 5,413 yards. There is a chipping and putting green available for use before your round.

But my partner and I wanted to play a quick nine holes so we decided to give it a try. The course is in great shape largely due to Doug, the greens keeper who was hired from Shenandoah Country Club 8 years ago. Not the most difficult course I’ve played, but what it lacks in water is made up for with long holes, lots of sand and challenging greens! The staff is super friendly, from the pro shop to the starters to the grounds crew! Rackham is the Cheers of golf courses in my book!!!
