  As a first time triathlete training for my first Ironman, I have about 100 questions every time I walk into a bike shop. I recently purchased a used Felt IA10 and needed help getting it dialed in, tuned up, and fitted with several new parts. Josh at Trek Bicycle Grand Blanc has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Before coming here, I visited several local bike shops and often felt like I was being brushed off or that my beginner questions weren't worth their time. Josh was the complete opposite. He treated me with respect from day one, took the time to answer every question I had, and explained things in a way that actually helped me learn and become a better cyclist. At no point did he make me feel inexperienced or out of place. Instead, he made me feel like my goals mattered and genuinely wanted to help me succeed. The service, communication, and attention to detail have been outstanding. My bike has never felt better, and I have a lot more confidence heading into my Ironman training because of the work Josh and the team have done. I won't take my bike anywhere else. If you're looking for a bike shop that truly cares about its customers, ask for Josh at Trek Bicycle Grand Blanc. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We were at this location for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. Luke helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back to buy bikes from Luke!
