  My husband and I bought 2 e-bikes here. While I wasn't happy with mine at first, Jordan listened to my complaints about the bike I bought, let me return it and ordered a brand new one for me. We absolutely love our bikes now!! The service there is unmatched! I would recommend this store!

  Not helpful at all with my e-bike. Sold me the wrong size inner tube for my scooter and wanted to charge 60.00 to change it . The tech kept telling me the inner tube was hard to change. Sorry bought one on Amazon for 9.00 and it took me 10 minutes to change it. Trek you rip people off and are very rude doing it

  Y'all are absolutely fantastic, I bought my specialized MTB from a bike shop in Lake Orion when I lived in the area and they honestly were not very helpful when it came to purchasing or maintaining said bike. The first time I brought that bike to you guys for service, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and just genuinely kind. No matter where I go in life, I'll bring my bike here for service and my next bike will be a Trek purchased from this location!

  Bike purchased on 3/10/26… Loose reflectors Loose seat Rusting bolt on seat clamp Kickstand fell apart (they replaced that for free) Disposable pedals (sales rep won’t mention) Just buy a $300 Mongoose. My buddy has yet to have any problems with his Amazon bike. I just started biking so I came here to get a better than normal bike. I bought a bike and they did some stuff to it. After I got home I realized the reflectors were loose and the seat clamp was barely on. I damaged the clamp figuring out how keep the seat up and they basically laughed it off. I didn’t know the pedals were disposable when I was buying the bike. You think the sales rep would mention that when I’m adding water bottles and a shirt to the order. So don’t expect a completely put together bike when you leave here, go home and tighten everything yourself and understand that the pedals on your $800 plus bike (which is the cheap one) is disposable.
