  Unacceptable Experience – Absolute Breakdown in Service We booked our stay over a month in advance, but our experience this weekend was a total disaster from start to finish. Following the hotel’s recommendations, we completed early check-in via their app at 10:00 AM, with the promise that a room number and digital key would be assigned shortly. By the standard 4:00 PM check-in time, we had received nothing. When we arrived around 5:00 PM, there was still no update. Walking into the lobby, we were greeted by an elevator bay packed with over a hundred furious guests waiting in a massive line. When we called, staff told us not to stand in line and claimed key delivery could happen anytime between 4:00 PM and 11:59 PM. Paying over $700 for a room only to be told check-in delivery is a random eight-hour window is completely unreasonable. We were in town for a concert and planned to freshen up in our room beforehand. Instead, we were forced to change in our car. We checked the app repeatedly throughout the show, and while a room was finally assigned around 7:00 PM, no digital key was ever sent. Things got worse after the concert. Returning to the hotel hoping to finally sleep, the doorman refused to let us into the building because we didn't have a room key—the very key the hotel failed to provide. After explaining the situation, we had to wait in yet another line at the front desk alongside dozens of other frustrated guests dealing with room issues. To add insult to injury, we received an automated email reminding us to check out the next morning before we had even stepped foot in our room. When we spoke with the front desk about a refund for paying $700+ for a room we couldn't access for nearly seven hours, they offered a insulting $100 discount. For a venue located right near major stadiums like Ford Field that regularly host massive concerts and sporting events, this level of incompetence and lack of preparation is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

  Planned an entire trip around this location, booked a room months in advance. Called in advance to arriving, upon arrival they suddenly didn't even have a room. Didn't even notify me that the room was suddenly unavailable. Spent 5 hours driving to this location. Absolutely outrageous. Ruined the entire plan for attending a large event at Ford field. Dissappointed would be a understatement. They also charged me over 300 and marked us as a no show, and it's been 3 days and the money has not been returned. And before they say the reservation was not under my name that is correct, the last name was Kretzer.

  Firstly, the valet service is top notch ! Accommodating and beyond. We left something in the car and they went and retrieved the vehicle for us to get the item out with no questions asked no fuss, just kindness . I would have loved to have given five stars to the hotel itself as that was my expectation. Check-in was to be at 4:00 p.m. I arrived late around 5:45. Our room along with several other persons, was not ready. It was an event evening so I understood them running behind. I was told that my room was not ready because the housekeeping manager needed to inspect our room. About 45 minutes later we were advised the room was ready. Dirt crumbs and loose hair all over the floor and cheese puff crumbs on the floor in the bathroom. We used towels on our feet as a makeshift dry mop. It would have better served them to say we are behind your room has not been cleaned. Or something to that effect. But to tell me that a housekeeping manager was going to look at it and then to walk into that was extremely off-putting.

  THE REVIEW YOU'RE LOOKING FOR! The worst hotel experience of my life, honestly. Waited an hour and 45 minutes to check in (which is at 4pm, we arrived at 4:30pm) all while attempting to use their absolutely useless app to check in which seems to have a severe history of unrecognizing ID's based on other previous reviews. Finally, after getting to the front of the line, a couple decided to cut in front of the line from the side (after they had already been processed and left) and the staff helped them before us. After finally being processed, we were told our room was not ready (a room we booked 6 months in advanced). Staff were not giving any notice to the waiting line that it would basically be pointless to wait as rooms were not even ready. They stated they would call us when it would be ready, a call I would be eagerly awaiting at a concert. I stated that at this point we would check in after the concert and to forget the call. They stated that they would make a note not to give the room away - what generosity and proactivity by them! I stated how gracious I was for their kind gesture to reserve the room we already paid for. Miraculously, a room opened up while we were about to leave. We decided to check the room, only to find dried orange macaroni noodles on the white window ledge. The business clearly does not prepare for the events coming to the city which is quite ironic as these events cause so many people to attempt to use their services. Whoever is attempting to manage this place should truly apologize to their front desk staff as they left them to out to dry by implementing such poor processing policies and organization. We were not in any way compensated for the first and last experience we will have at this business. Should any correction be made, the review will be updated.

  Added early check in, dinner vouchers and late check out to my reservation. I called to confirm that everything was good. Received confirmation but was also explained that early check in is on a first come first serve basis. Tried to call an hour before leaving the house. It was then explained must be in person. Arrived at approx 1:45pm. Line was not long at all got right to desk. “Room is not ready yet” should be soon try coming back in 30-60 min, you also have mobile check in so your room key will be seen on app. We sat In lobby at a table waiting patiently. Asked the front desk again if we made any progress this would be 3:30-4pm. I tried texting the Greek town text line. Calling to see if I could get a better idea on the phone the gentleman responded that he is getting any help or answers either, at this time the line was all the way back around the corner. Coming in for a concert at ford field with no room or idea of a when we’ll actually check in. My wife does her make up and hair in the lobby, we both change and get dressed In the lobby bathroom. We toss our stuff in the car and continue to the concert. I tried calling back around 7pm (five hours after arriving to the casino ) to which the room still wasn’t ready but was ensure that if I make it to the front desk before 11:59 I would be able to get a room key. I was sent a text and follow up call @ 7:05pm that my mobile check in was finally ready. Concert ended , we strolled back to get our bags into the room beautiful room corner suite went back down to gamble had a really good time still. But would have been totally better had I not got the run around. I just felt like I was receiving general responses that followed up with No real concern. Early check in didn’t work I get it. I arrived at 1:45 for nothing. 4 pm comes and goes and that’s normal check in.. no key no answers no concern. 7pm while in ford field trying to enjoy what I can while in the back Of my mind the growing concern of “do I even have a place to stay tonight “ crosses my mind. The wife and I love Greek town it’s truely our escape to both Detroit and Toledo. I had higher expectations and I am sure that this was just a fluke and you all will work harder and do better in future. Upon check out I did enquire about removing all the add on’s that I was hoping to use and wasn’t able to.
