  This was the most fabulous bowling experience. The facility was outstanding and extremely clean. We can’t believe how outstanding the people were who worked there. They were so professional, so accommodating, so nice, and could not have been more helpful. We could all tell they really love their jobs by the way they brought us whatever we needed. The food was amazing and they all made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire 3 hours we were there. It was fantastic to go change my grand daughter in the bathroom changing table because the bathrooms were spotless the entire time we were there. There was a staff member cleaning, at all times, in the bathrooms, the arcade, and the bowling area. The pride that these people have for this facility is something you just don’t see anymore in today’s world. We were so impressed and we hope people realize what a treasure this is for children’s birthday as well as a great place to enjoy family time together in a wonderful faculty with wonderful people who work there, most notably Ashleigh and the manager. This is the best treasure in Ann Arbor!

  We just had our son’s birthday at Lucky Strike, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire experience. Ashley and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from bringing out extra decorations to match our theme to finding us extra lightweight bowling balls for the kids. It felt like we were all family throwing a party together. We will definitely be back!

  We had a birthday party here today and it was wonderful. The staff was attentive and so helpful. Every staff member greeted us and offered to help. Ashley our event coordinator and was absolutely amazing for my grandson’s birthday. We will be back and will tell everyone how great they are. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

  We had my 7-year-old’s birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make everything easy, fun, and stress-free from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and great with the kids. The bowling alley was very clean and well-maintained, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for a birthday party. The kids had a blast and the customer service was truly top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for birthday parties or a fun family outing!

  Got a turkey (three strikes) against this place: 1) price: there is a reason they do not advertise the price. $10 per game per person, plus $6 for rental shoes. Three games with the kid ended up costing $76 2) quality: the balls completely tear apart your fingers. They are completely beat up and are awful, even for house balls. Coupled with the price this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t even expect this bad from the cheapest alley. 3) the staff: completely rude lane attendant. I had a stomach relaxer on the table (which does resemble a mini bottle of liquor). I was told to take it to the car, which is understandable based on how it looks. I explained what it was. She began arguing and being insistent telling me it’s a shot. I handed it to her, explained it’s not, and she continued to argue. I gave in and took it to my car, but unfortunately she that she was smarter and knew what she was talking about. She didn’t. She was rude. And it’s the reason we’ll never come back.
