  Great experience here when I bought my bike. Julie was extremely helpful. I thought I’d be able to fit the bike in my car, but once I realized I couldn’t, she came outside and showed me how to take the wheel off and helped me get everything situated in the car. I didn’t know much about bikes at the time, so I really appreciated her taking the time to walk me through it, especially since it was a really hot day. Excellent customer service and a great place to buy a bike. Thanks again, Julie!

  Great shop, great crew, and great customer service. I got my Bianchi back and honestly cannot believe how nice and how fast it rides. It feels like I got a brand new bike, despite it being six years old! Anyway, I digress. If you want your bike to truly be taken care of, look no further. This shop will look out for you and your bike better than any other shop I’ve been to, and that’s saying something considering I’ve lived in four different cities over the last six years. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

  I needed help removing 14 y.o. pedals from the crank arms. It was a bit challenging, but they had a solution. Very personable and they kept me informed every step of the way. The two technicians on board were very personable, but consummate professionals! It was worth the wait.

  The bike techs at the store were super helpful and nice giving my bike a major tune up as well as getting the pedals / handlebars off so I could ship it to Seattle for my trip . My trek bike survived the Alaska airlines plane flight with no damage .It only cost the 40 dollar extra bag fee. Now just have to put it back together and go riding . Thanks !!
