  I walked through the door, the first employee (not with a customer) that spotted me, greeted me. I told him what I wanted and he took me straight to it. I paid for it, and I got their military discount. It was a quick turn around. The military discount was icing:-)

  Trek was wonderful! The staff was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store had a wide variety of in stock items.

  We love Trek! We first purchased a bike at the Charles Village location, but when it was time to trade up, that location was closed. Luckily all of our info was in the system so we were able to trade up at the Towson location. Bought the 16” bike with training wheels for $299 4 years ago and was able to trade up to a 20” bike with a $150 credit. It is a great program and the bikes are very good quality!

  Amazing buying experience (2 Trek e-Bikes, Kuat carrier for our RV and all the extra bike things). Second to none 5 Star customer service. Sue, Jonathan and the entire service department are a team that makes you feel part of the Trek family. Loving our bikes as we travel the country.

  The Trek team in Towson, MD is simply the best. From the parking lot, a staff member helped me unload the very heavy e-bike and carry it inside. The staff also walked me through taking the bike a part for shipping and how to put it back together. Since I was shipping this ebike to the middle of the country and was heading to Germany, I ran into some issues shipping the heavy bike. They checked with multiple carriers, spoke to the shipping company I was using, just went above and beyond! The team worked with me to repackage the ebike into 2 packages and even dropped the packages off, saving me money on arranging a pick up. Every team member was just so kind and helpful. Literally the best customer service experience I've had.
