My partner is getting back into biking after many years and was looking for some advice and a reccomendation for what kind of bike to get. Kevin was exceptionally helpful in getting us through that process! He made us feel comfortable and provided lots of information and advice. You can tell the staff are very much enthusiasts and not just employees of the shop. They were even kind enough to help me remove the front tire from the bike to load it into my trunk! Prices for adult sized bikes range from around $500 to $1000 or so, and they have E-Bike options as well. Lots of clearence models too. Good selection of accessories such as bottle holders, lights, helmets, gloves, locks, etc although the prices on these items may seem steep to a beginner/casual rider.

I really enjoyed working with the sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, clearly passionate about bikes, and took the time to walk me through the options to make sure I got the right bike. Definitely someone I’d be happy to work with again.

We love Trek! We first purchased a bike at the Charles Village location, but when it was time to trade up, that location was closed. Luckily all of our info was in the system so we were able to trade up at the Towson location. Bought the 16” bike with training wheels for $299 4 years ago and was able to trade up to a 20” bike with a $150 credit. It is a great program and the bikes are very good quality!
