- AMAndee MMar 30, 20265.0My husband and I took the Maryland Wear & Carry Renewal Course with Patriot Firearms Training on 3/29/206, led by Jason and Sarah Passarell, and it was a great experience. Both instructors were very personable, approachable, and patient. I was a little nervous going into the course, but they quickly helped put me at ease and created a comfortable environment where everyone felt encouraged to ask questions. They did a great job meeting people where they were, since there were a mix of experience levels in the class. The class was well organized overall, with the classroom portion followed by the outdoor range qualification. Some of the classroom material moved quickly at times, but the refresher after two years was still very helpful. We especially appreciated how patient and encouraging they were on the range, and how smoothly everything was run. Compared to our initial training with a different company, this was a much better experience. We would absolutely recommend Patriot Firearms Training and would gladly take another course with Jason and Sarah.
