  Casino had zero lights working outside and smoking section was overwhelming with fumes from generators. Felt like I was going to pass out they were so strong. Hands down worst casino experience. Have returned a few times since to be overall disappointed.

  Tried to cash a winning Maryland Lottery ticket at the cashier for $1007. Before arriving, I consulted the MD Lottery website to see exactly what I needed to cash the ticket. I need a government issued ID (drivers license) and proof of my social security number. The website lists what is an acceptable proof of SSN. One of them is a W2 with full SSN, and with name and address matching your ID. I gathered both, went to the cashier, and some guy named Alexzander Johnson came out of the back and said no, a W2 is not good enough. I try to explain to him that it is not up to him to decide, it is clearly listed on the Maryland Lottery website what is an acceptable proof of social security number. His reply? "Maybe the rules are different in Baltimore." Does this guy not realize Baltimore and Perryville are both in the state of Maryland? What's the disconnect here? Are the employees allowed to make up rules as they go? Are they not trained at all? Is he upset that he has to work on a holiday? Do something about this guy, and please advise when I can return so I can deal with a competent employee. His complete incompetence and disregard of lottery rules and procedures has been reported to the Maryland State Lottery. Lord knows I would've gambled and lost that $1000 in there. No chance of that happening now.

  Casino is nice, clean. Usually not too crowded The offered comps are terrible. Can do better at other casinos.
